I had a lovely stay here and really appreciated the cozy room and the comfortable bed that made sleeping a dream. Plus, we enjoyed some quality downtime in the lounge and made good use of the relaxing patio area. The only bummer was the slow elevator, which could make getting around a bit tricky at peak times. 😊

This hotel was an excellent choice for our trip! We loved the spacious twin room with 2 comfortable double beds and a clean bathroom featuring a powerful shower. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect—just a short walk from Times Square and other attractions. The beautiful view of the Hudson River from our 33rd-floor room was a cherry on top!
The wait for the lifts can be a bit long during busy times.

We had a really comfy room, and the view was incredible from the 32nd floor. The staff was just super friendly, helped us find our way around, and even stored our bags for us before check-in!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still reasonable for what you get.

The staff was incredibly attentive, especially Fernando, who went out of his way to get us checked in early after our long journey. The room was clean and provided a great view of the bustling city below, which we loved exploring with my husband.
In my wife’s opinion, a microwave in the room would be très useful for families.

It was in a very good location very close to Times Square and all the major sights. The big beds in our twin room were clean and comfortable, just like they promised me! Plus, we had a partial view of the Hudson River that lit up at night with those skyscrapers, absolutely beautiful! !
It wasn’t exactly cheap but you know what, it was still acceptable for what we got.

missingWrote a review on Sept 29stunning viewconvenient accessexploration baseelevator delays
Solid location with easy access to Times Square and major attractions. made it a great base for exploring. The room had a spectacular view of the Manhattan skyline, especially from a high floor, adding a nice touch to the stay.
Elevator service lagged, making wait times frustrating at peak hours with only two elevators for over thirty floors. The room size leaned small, which can feel cramped for families or groups. Additionally, the street noise from the busy area disrupted the quiet you often expect in a hotel, particularly on lower floors. The entrance vibe felt a bit off due to the presence of individuals loitering, which might make some feel uneasy, especially late at night.

missingWrote a review on Sept 15superb locationcomfortable bedslong elevator waitsinfrequent cleaninginsufficient coffee pods
The location is superb, making it easy to explore local attractions, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring restful nights. However, the elevators often had long wait times, which was inconvenient, especially during busy periods. Cleaning services were infrequent, as linens and towels weren’t replaced daily, which felt unusual for a hotel stay. While the coffee pods were appreciated, they were not consistently replenished, leading to a less satisfying experience overall.
