I picked this place because it’s right between key spots like Bryant Park and Times Square, making it super easy to explore on foot, and I loved the clean and comfortable room with a nice view of Hudson Yards that made returning to the hotel always feel cozy after a long day of wandering the city.

The location was 💖 amazing, just a few blocks from Times Square! The room was clean, but the wait for the elevators was a bit of a hassle. Overall, a decent stay!

Elevator service lagged, making wait times frustrating at peak hours with only two elevators for over thirty floors. The room size leaned small, which can feel cramped for families or groups. Additionally, the street noise from the busy area disrupted the quiet you often expect in a hotel, particularly on lower floors. The entrance vibe felt a bit off due to the presence of individuals loitering, which might make some feel uneasy, especially late at night.

The location was unbeatable-just blocks from the iconic square and surrounded by energy! My room, a cozy double, offered amazing views of the skyline, and waking up to that was fine! The cheerful staff had great dining recommendations.

Plus, we enjoyed some quality downtime in the lounge and made good use of the relaxing patio area. We had a really comfy room, and the view was very nice from the 32nd floor. The staff was just super friendly, helped us find our way around, and even stored our bags for us before check-in!

This hotel was an excellent choice for our trip! We loved the spacious twin room with 2 comfortable double beds and a clean bathroom featuring a powerful shower. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect—just a short walk from Times Square and other attractions. The beautiful view of the Hudson River from our 33rd-floor room was a cherry on top!

The wait for the lifts can be a bit long during busy times.
